100-nights

Email us from the address you ordered with, any time within 100 nights of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label the same business day. You don't need the original packaging, and you don't need to wash them first.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is scanned by the carrier. You don't wait for it to reach us.

The clock starts the day your order is delivered, not the day you ordered. You have 100 calendar nights from that date.

We chose 100 rather than 30 because the failure that ends most sheet sets in this category, pilling, takes months of real use to show itself, which for most households falls well outside a 30-day window. A guarantee that closes before the problem appears isn't a guarantee.

Pilling, fuzzing, or any change in texture. Elastic that stops holding the corner. Waking up sweaty. Colour fading. Seams or stitching failing. And simply not liking how they feel. You don't have to justify that one to us.

Wash them as many times as you like inside the window. There is no wash limit, and using them normally will never void this.

Damage from bleach or fabric softener, which break down the fiber, which is why we ask you to skip them. Tears from pets or from something sharp. And sets bought from anyone other than us, since we can't verify what those actually are.

That's the whole list. We won't tell you the damage was caused by your jewellery or your skin, which is a thing that happens in this industry and is one of the reasons we wrote this page.

They don't go back into inventory. Returned sets are donated to local shelters where they can be used, or recycled as textile waste where they can't.

We'd rather tell you that than have you wonder whether the set you're buying was on someone else's bed.
