90-Day Growth Guarantee
Get a full refund within 120 days of delivery if you've used the kit as directed for 90 days and your beard hasn't changed.
Keep the kit. Don't ship anything back. A derma roller is a personal item with used needles in it. Keep it or dispose of it in a sharps container. There's nothing to return and no return shipping to pay.
You'll need your order number or proof of purchase. That's the only condition. We don't ask for photographs.
What the guarantee covers
- No change in density after 90 days of the routine
- Skin irritation from the serum
- A roller that arrives dull, bent, or damaged
- Simply not getting on with rolling—you don't have to justify this one to us
What isn't covered
- Kits bought from anyone other than us, since we can't verify what those are
- Injury from rolling over active acne, broken skin, or a cold sore, or from a roller shared with someone else
- A second refund on a repeat order after you've already claimed one
How to claim
Email avori.info@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, and include your order number. We refund to the original payment method within two business days.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This is separate from the 90-day guarantee and doesn't use it up.
