Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Avori. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Shipping rates

We ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is always free on every order. No minimums, no codes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If that happens, we'll tell you.

Delivery time

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed. Total time from checkout to doorstep is typically 4–10 business days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive it.

Where we ship

All 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email avori.info@gmail.com as soon as you can, and we'll update it any time before the order ships. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it, and we can't take responsibility for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but nothing has arrived:

1. Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your building's front desk
2. Wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered before it lands
3. If it still hasn't turned up, email avori.info@gmail.com

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after 15 business days), we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full.
